At Sydney fish markets, Tony Tsiklas of Claudio’s Seafoods prays that the 40 tons of cooked shrimp he ordered will be enough for the big Christmas parties people seem to be planning. Sydney Fish Market expects to move nearly two hundred tons of seafood during its 36-hour marathon trading period, from 5 a.m. on December 23 to 5 p.m. on December 24.
